Partner Opportunity: Managing Partner for Insurance Brokerage

Are you an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and agent management, looking to establish your own business and be financially independent? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become the Managing Partner of our insurance brokerage agency based in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and promoting our business across Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

Manage policy sales and oversee sales teams.
Set and monitor sales goals and objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
Contribute to meeting sales targets.
Keep abreast of industry developments.
Address customer queries and mediate disputes.
Provide mentorship and support to the team.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of proven experience in a sales management role.
5+ years of proven experience managing a book of business.
Excellent understanding of insurance products and markets.
Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
Ability to understand and address business challenges.

Remuneration:

Share in profits, salary, and benefits dependent on experience and skills.
Starting salary of PKR 250,000 plus for the right candidate.
