Are you an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for leading teams to success? We are seeking a Call Center Managing Partner with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Based in Lahore, Pakistan, our call center focuses on internet marketing for the USA/Canada markets, handling both incoming and outgoing calls.

Responsibilities:

Develop objectives for the call center's daily activities.
Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity.
Collect and analyze call center statistics to measure performance.
Manage budgeting and expense tracking.
Recruit, train, and coach staff to maintain high customer service standards.
Monitor and improve procedures related to ordering, telephone handling, and other operations.
Evaluate performance using key metrics and prepare reports for management.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a call center manager or similar position.
Customer service experience is required.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.
Understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and call center equipment/software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability.
Positive and patient attitude.
MBA or equivalent education.
Certified Call Center Manager (e.g., CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Remuneration:

Salary and benefits dependent on experience and skills.
Starting salary of PKR 150,000 plus for the right candidate.
