Export Coordinator

We are hiring an Export Coordinator for managing and facilitate our communications with international clients. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s global image and ensuring effective and efficient customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, edit, and send correspondence to international clients.
Maintain a professional and responsive relationship with clients via email.
Manage multiple email interactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
Prepare and review email reports to ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to gather information and resolve issues pertaining to customer inquiries.
Use MS Office tools to organize data and prepare communications.
Ensure all communications are kept confidential and secure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an international setting.
Exceptional proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the sports industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional language skills are a plus.
Proven track record of improving customer communication strategies.
