Job Description:
As a Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant you will be crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations. This job will start as an internship leading to a job! Your responsibilities will include:
E-commerce Support: You'll need to have a good understanding of e-commerce to assist with various tasks related to online sales and customer service.
Communication Skills: A strong command of the English language (writing, reading, and speaking) is essential for effective communication with team members and external partners.
Social Media Savvy: A good understanding of popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok is required. You may be tasked with managing our social media accounts.
Digital Media Editing: Good knowledge of photo and video editing using tools such as Canva will be beneficial to create visually appealing content.
Tech Proficiency: You should have a strong command of MS Office Apps and Google Suite to assist with administrative tasks, document management, and scheduling.
Typing Speed: A good typing speed will help you efficiently handle emails, data entry, and other tasks that require quick keyboard skills.
Flexible Schedule: You must be open to flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of our dynamic business.
