We are looking for an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team.

If you have over 2 years of experience in customer service, especially in the technology or GPS tracking sector, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries over the phone, and chat regarding our GPS vehicle tracking services.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers, helping them resolve issues related to vehicle tracking and account management.
Assist customers in understanding how to use our GPS tracking devices and services effectively.
Process requests such as device activations, troubleshooting, and account updates.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
Work closely with our technical support team to solve more complex issues quickly.
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to maintain strong relationships.
Achieve performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to offer the best support to our customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Intermediate
At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the GPS tracking sector.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other call center software.
Strong problem solving skills and a customer first mindset.
