About us

We are a fast growing eCommerce business in the UK and Europe, and currently operate on Amazon exclusively.
We are looking for a hard working and proactive individual to join our team.

We are looking for an eCommerce Amazon account manager to research, develop, and manage our Amazon listings.

Duties and responsibilities:

Create new product listings from scratch and from prompts.
This will require good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Create excellent product descriptions
Should have strong copywriting and excellent English skills.
Update & optimise existing product listings on Amazon marketplace
Have the ability to research competitor listings on Amazon to enhance our own listings.
Knowledge of how to make Parent Child listings on Amazon
Manage and improve product listing using SEO to improve product rankings
Management of all FBA shipments and stock replenishment.
Manage stock replishment by communicating with suppliers.
Create A+ content
Reply to customer messages & Return cases via email and resolve any issues.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 6.00pm (Pak timing).
Salary will depend on your experience and skills.

Skills:

It is imperative that you have excellent communication skills in English spoken and written.
Ability to create titles and descriptions with the use of Keyword
Microsoft Excel skills
SEO skills
Photoshop for editing and creating prduct pictures

Experience

You will have direct experience in managing E-commerce websites and marketplaces.
Practical knowledge of the Amazon selling platform
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing E-commerce websites and marketplaces
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines.
