The Multi Unit / QSR Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple store locations, ensuring that each store operates efficiently and achieves profitability. This role requires managing staff, driving sales performance, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple store locations.
  • Ensure all stores meet sales, profitability, and operational targets.
  • Lead and motivate store managers and their teams to meet store objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate training and development to enhance the skills of store teams.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability goals are achieved.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation across stores.
  • Prepare and submit financial and operational reports to senior management
  • Maintain high customer service standards across all stores
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, continuously improving the customer experience.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize losses and ensure optimal product availability
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and operational regulation
  • Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement across all stores.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on store performance and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores or units.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.

Work Environment:

  • Must be willing to travel frequently between store locations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
