We are looking for a Sales Manager

  • Develop and review budget and goals with staff.
  • Plan Annual/quarterly targets of Sales with Country Head and distribute those targets into sales team
  • Review progress as compared to budget with staff quarterly.
  • Hold regular employee meetings.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce maximum results.
  • Assign employee responsibilities and maintain job descriptions.
  • Ensure that sales managers have a keen eye on client’s activities related to their upcoming needs. Daily visits should balance conversion and new pipeline generation activities evenly and project tracker report should also be maintained.
  • Evaluate employee performance.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Define territories (Geographical or Otherwise) of Sales person so that they close deals as per assigned targets in their defined area while avoiding any overlapping territories.
  • Supervise ongoing employee trainings.
  • Develop sound working relationships with other cooperatives and within the business community.
  • Build a positive cooperative image.
  • Prepare and review sales plans with employees on a regular basis.
  • Establish sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Plan marketing activities and review results with targets.
  • Supervise sales staff and sales efforts.
  • Review daily reports.
  • Ensure employees have the knowledge and information needed to achieve market share growth.
  • Develop future sales managers and professionals through job growth, training, development and performance.
  • Provide guidance, support and motivation to ensure employees are maximizing their ability and growth potential.
  • Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, manufacturers, vendors and customers.
  • Achieve sales targets assigned by the upper management
  • Report directly to the Country Head on a Daily basis, also providing updated inventory reports, sales pipeline reports and forecasts.
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the project
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the Country Head.

    Experience: 5 to 7 years Relevant Experience in Real Estate Industry a must

Skill requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration
  • Master’s in Business Administration preferred
  • Proven track record of achievements in sales and operations
  • Strong understanding of employee growth and development
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven leader
  • Excellent in customer service with a proven track record
  • Fluent in English language both written and spoken
  • Willing to relocated as needed by the Country Head
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
