Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in React, Electron.js, and AWS to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our primary office location. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing cross-platform and web applications, with hands-on experience in MongoDB and MySQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Design and build cross-platform applications using Electron.js and develop dynamic web applications with React.
Full Stack Development: Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
AWS Integration: Manage and deploy applications using AWS services, including configuring and optimizing AWS resources.
Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB and MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data handling and security.
Collaboration: Partner with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, plan features, and ensure timely project completion.
Quality Assurance: Write clean, scalable code, and perform thorough testing to ensure software reliability and performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for applications.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and systems.
Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and development practices.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in relevant technologies. (Minimum 1 Year)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React for front-end development.
- Experience with Electron.js for building cross-platform applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous approach to problem-solving.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to various tasks and challenges in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of agile development practices and methodologies.
Familiarity with additional front-end and back-end technologies.
