We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

  • As an Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the implementation of our products and delivering financial consulting and training to our clients.
  • You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality services by understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Manage the implementation of CareCloud products and provide financial consulting and training.
  • Conduct financial discovery and analyze training needs.
  • Develop and document application processes and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize your expertise in revenue cycle management to optimize client outcomes.
  • Attend and actively participate in regular meetings with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential communications professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with US teams and provide feedback during meetings.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage time and priorities efficiently.
  • Follow internal workflows and contribute suggestions for updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with consultants, team leads, and managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively assist team members with problem-solving and client questions.
  • Document updates on educational materials accurately.
  • Anticipate potential problems and develop strategic resolutions.
  • Manage client expectations tactfully and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in financial consulting, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of CareCloud products and their application.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in managing client expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different time zones.
  • Should have Bachelor Degree in any subject/field.
