We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Role Overview:

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the implementation of our products and delivering financial consulting and training to our clients.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining seamless communication between onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality services by understanding and addressing customer needs.
Manage the implementation of CareCloud products and provide financial consulting and training.
Conduct financial discovery and analyze training needs.
Develop and document application processes and ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize your expertise in revenue cycle management to optimize client outcomes.
Attend and actively participate in regular meetings with onshore and offshore teams.
Handle sensitive and confidential communications professionally.
Communicate effectively with US teams and provide feedback during meetings.
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
Manage time and priorities efficiently.
Follow internal workflows and contribute suggestions for updates as needed.
Collaborate with consultants, team leads, and managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively assist team members with problem-solving and client questions.
Document updates on educational materials accurately.
Anticipate potential problems and develop strategic resolutions.
Manage client expectations tactfully and professionally.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in financial consulting, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of CareCloud products and their application.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in managing client expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across different time zones.
Should have Bachelor Degree in any subject/field.
