Responsibilities:

Engage with international clients, both businesses and individual consumers, to cater to their needs and address any concerns that may arise.
Proactively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships to expand the company's market reach in the designated region or country.
Maintain high-quality services for existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Oversee sales processes and take responsibility for post-sales support.
Facilitate negotiations and ensure smooth transactions for the products.
Provide exceptional customer support to new leads, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in customer service and sales.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
