The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research new business opportunities, including emerging markets, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Leverage prior experience in medical sales to promote the company’s products and services to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical institutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with specific experience in the medical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, securing new business, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business challenges.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings.
