Responsibilities

Enter a variety of data into the company database with speed and accuracy.
Verify and cross-check data for inconsistencies or inaccuracies while ensuring data integrity.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other data entry software for developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
Conduct regular quality checks on data entries and communicate discrepancies promptly.
Manage data entry procedures and implement data validation techniques to minimize errors.
Organize and maintain records of all data entry tasks performed for adequate tracking.
Assist in the development and upkeep of data management procedures to optimize workflow.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and clarify data requirements as needed.
Utilize SQL and other database management tools for efficient data handling and retrieval.
Stay updated on relevant software and data entry technologies to enhance productivity.
