Book shipments of walk-in customers and offer them other M&P services.
Ensure security checks of each shipment.
Submit cash sale within the specified time.
Ensure timely delivery and pickup of material.
Visit existing clients and make new ones to increase the business and revenue of the Branch.
Ensure timely recovery from clients and submission to the Company’s account.
Ensure 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
Create full awareness and understanding among the staff of all the instructions issued from Area/Head Office.
Provide training and counseling to staff.
Handle the inquiries and complaints of customers and reply to them promptly and courteously to resolve their inquiries/complaints.
Maintain cleanliness of the Branch Office.
Make frequent visits to customers for recovery purposes and to increase sales.
