The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing the sales by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to qualify and close leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of team.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
- Generate sales and provide customer support through calls and emails
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with UK based customers
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Maintaining data of customers, sending booking contracts, making invoices, coordinating with relevant people.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 2 year carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of MS Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be equally good at appointment settings and persuasive techniques.
