• The Head Bancassurance will lead the banccasurance business to drive the sale of insurance products through the bank's distribution chanels. This include formulating & exicuting strategies, building strong relationships with insurance partners, ensure team meets the targets & drive profitable growth within the Bancasurance sagment.
    • Develop and execute an overall Business Plan covering all insurance activities across all the business based on business targets in alignment with Insurance Partners.
    • The incumbent shall be responsible to develop & deliver Banca strategy for retail customers across all businesses of the bank and launch new products through close working with insurance partners as well as internal stakeholders.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, business partners for front-end staff readiness, trainings & certifications.
    • Continually work to improve product delivery, including developing digital channels for bancassurance business.
    • Ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements.
    • Negotiate, finalize and build effective revenue streams for the Bank to generate income for attainment of business Targets.
    • Provide product knowledge and support to sales team, raising awareness and understanding of the proposition and product launches.
    • Keeping abreast of market competition, industry practices and best practices to constantly improve on overall business performance.
    • Initiate, execute and manage marketing programs and retention strategies in line with business objectives (premiums, commissions, product type, and number of policies)
    • Hold Bachelors degree Preferably Master s in business administration from HEC recognized university.
    • At least 7-10 years of experience. Exposure to financial institution / banking industry will be an additional advantage.
    • Demonstrated capacity to lead, coach and supervise team effectively.
