What is Executive Rewards - MMBL?

An Executive Rewards processes employee personal and bike loans, maintains loan records, and provides bank statements upon request. They assist with provident fund withdrawals, develop ad hoc financial and operational reports, and manage the disbursement and booking of final settlements for resigned employees. Additionally, they handle invoice booking in Oracle, manage vendor communications, and ensure timely payments.

What Executive Rewards - MMBL does?

Timely processing of Employees' Personal loan & Bike Loan, while maintaining MIS/Filings of all loans
Responsible to provide bank statement on the request of employees.
Assist in managing provident funds withdrawals of all employees.
Developing Ad hoc financial and operational reporting, as needed.
Disbursement & Booking of final settlements of the resigned employees in oracle /T-24.
Booking of invoices in Oracle along with vendor management maintaining effective communication with timely payments

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Executive Rewards - MMBL?

Hold a Bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution, however MBA/ACCA will be preferable.
Have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in microfinance industry.
