- A Manager of Security and HSE at Mobilink Bank is responsible for overseeing and implementing security measures of bank s physical and personnel security requirements and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety standards and quality regulations as well as digital assets. This role includes ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and property, as well as maintaining and improving security systems.
- Ensure All Buildings of MMBL are equipped with necessary Security and safety equipment, prepare plan for implementation of adequate measures wherever necessary.
- Maintain & Develop deployment plan of security guards at Head office and Branches as per requirement.
- Assessing the nature of business activities and Business Continuity Plan (BCP), coordinate with risk & business operations departments for smooth operation, Prepare Emergency evacuation plan of associated buildings and resources of Bank.
- Maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the organization through awareness updates, Coordinate training programs for employees in coordination with Security & safety Company/ Consultant, includes but not limited to deal with potential hazards, such as accidental exposure to high amounts of radio frequency energy and electrical faults.
- Coordinate with Security Agencies, Law enforcement agencies, Local Administration authorities for implantation of State Directives related to Safety and security.
- Implementation of safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all relevant stakeholders.
- Security Management at Head office and Branches as per requirement.
- Analyses data on internal and external developments on matters affecting security of the bank.
- Any task assigned by management.
- Holds a Bachelors degree. Master s would be preferred in Business Administration.
- Experience as Ex-army or Civil in corporate sector.
- Have 06- 08 years work experience in Administration/Security in reputable organization.
- Excellent Communication Skills Coordination & follow up of Plans Coordination with Law enforcement Agencies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office specially in MS Word , MS-Excel .
- Skilled in Vendor Management, Outsourcing and facilities.
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for department.
