- We're looking for a Digital Marketing Growth Manager who's not just good, but phenomenal! Someone who can blend creativity with analytics to drive spectacular results.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer behavior and needs.
- Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identifying and analyzing key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.
- Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies.
- Creating reports and presenting performance metrics to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree/MBA would be a plus.
- Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
- Proficient understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Proactive and can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
