    • Responsible for support in development and implementation of robust off-site monitoring mechanism of branches and to develop a control environment for real time reporting/rectifications of issues.
    • Review branch banking Operations activities performed by branches on daily basis that includes but not limited to Account Opening, Insurance Cover, Clearing, TDRs, Banker s Cheques, RTGS, Suspense GL s, Clearings and recoveries to ensure compliance of defined SOP
    • Review of branches system reports Acc. List & LBL or any other for record Monitoring and its rectification on immediate basis.
    • Identify the gaps and data mis appropriations in the branch operational activities for immediate rectification in alignment with same highlighted by IA & Compliance Functions.
    • Have full understanding of Core banking & Allied Systems operative in branches and also be able to provide guidance and training to staff down the line.
    • Processes review for simplification and digitalization.
    • Ensure that key internal controls are implemented in branches in true letter and spirit, Branches monitoring through CCTV.
    • Responsible to Monitor the branches operation staff in respective branches is being utilized / working to the maximum output and in line with the define KPI s.
    • Monitor ATM Machines through I-Suite to ensure 100% uptime service delivery of ATM s in branches.
    • Review Branches Internal/External Audit reports, discuss and follow up with branches and IAD for timely closure.
    • Ensure Operations Staff Hiring and deployment on time for smooth working efficiency.
    • Issue monthly score card for branches based on the set KPI s to create competitive environment and highlighting top performers
    • Work in best interest of the organization to achieve the required results and contribute towards organizations automation/digitalization appetite.
    • Ensure different exercises provided by department are completed accurate and within time.
