What Associate Legal - MMBL does?

Works on the most exciting legal issues and proactively assess legal risks and advice on the banking laws;
Negotiate, draft, review and advice on day to day commercial and banking contracts/ agreements including but not limited to MOUs, NDAs, Addenda and all type of Agreements also the procurement documents including RFPs, RFQs etc.;
Legal opinion on day to day matters pertaining to agreements and also on due diligence of the Projects;
Manage legal issues that arise in existing banking relationships and handle pre-litigation legal disputes;
Monitor proposed and existing legislation and other changes in legal environment or industry practice affecting the organization;
Legal research as and when required by the Management and/ or needed in day to day matters;

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Associate Legal - MMBL?

Proficient knowledge of various laws and statutes on subject such as labor law, banking law and company law.
Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in an organization primarily working in corporate sector.
Holds a Bachelors of Law degree from a renowned university.
Must have knowledge of practicing laws of Pakistan
