Mirsons is seeking a dynamic realtor sales agent to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and will be responsible for assisting and dealing with clients in buying and selling properties and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties
  2. Conduct market research and surveys to identify properties and potential opportunities
  3. Schedule and conduct property viewings for clients
  4. Negotiate offers and contracts with clients and other real estate professionals
  5. Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  6. Stay informed about local real estate laws and regulations
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a real estate agent or similar role
  2. Knowledge about the Karachi real estate market
  3. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Valid driver's license
  5. Fluency in English and Urdu
