Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers in an appropriate manner
  • Ability to learn about new processes, procedures, and technology
  • Ability to achieve the given targets
  • Active listening and attention to detail
  • Must have an experience of at least three months in a call center
  • Our age requirement spans from 18 to 30 years
