We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual for the position of Telemarketing Officer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about offerings.
- Maintain and update customer databases with detailed, accurate information.
- Follow up on leads, track customer interactions, and maintain records of all conversations.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for telemarketing calls.
