We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to oversee our online sales channels, build & manage our websites, and optimize our digital presence via multiple social media platforms.

E-Commerce Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon and alike).
Product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to boost visibility and sales.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure smooth order processing.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
Handle customer queries and complaints through online channels.
Process and manage online orders, ensuring smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and competitors to improve strategies.

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the community.
Run paid and organic campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
Track social media performance and generate actionable insights.

Website Management:

Build, update and maintain websites including content, product pages, banners, and blog posts.
Ensure the website is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with branding.
Monitor website performance to resolve issues.
Implement strategies to improve website traffic, conversions, and user experience.
Track website analytics and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

Graduation/Bachelor degree in the relevant field will be a plus point but not mandatory.
The candidate must have at least 2+ years experience with:
e-Commerce Operations
Building websites, including platforms like WordPress and Shopify
Managing Social Media platforms
Strong familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Good knowledge of images handling and basic editing in Photoshop.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Ready to relocate in Islamabad/Lahore when required.
