We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance across for IT networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Respond to and resolve incoming requests for IT assistance from the team via email, phone, or in person. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Analyze technical problems to determine the root cause and implement solutions effectively. Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and maintenance activities. Create and update technical documentation for troubleshooting and user training.
  • Network Support: Provide support for network-related issues including connectivity, firewall, VPN, and remote access problems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to implement new technology solutions and improve overall IT services.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
    • Familiarity with networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
    • Good knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop support.
    • Industry certifications such as Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is highly preferred
