Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and identify opportunities for sales.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate product or service details, including pricing, offers, and promotions.
Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively.
Closing Sales: Use persuasive techniques to secure sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, interactions, and sales records in the company's CRM system.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who require additional information or time to make a decision.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better position the company's products or services.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.
