A Telesales Representative is responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, presenting products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase. They must possess excellent communication and persuasion skills and be able to meet or exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, listen to their needs, and identify opportunities for sales.

Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate product or service details, including pricing, offers, and promotions.

Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively.

Closing Sales: Use persuasive techniques to secure sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, interactions, and sales records in the company's CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential customers who require additional information or time to make a decision.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to better position the company's products or services.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree may be preferred in some cases.
  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

1 Year Experience In Relevant Field

Salary: Rs35,000.00 + uncapped commissions
