We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within our company's databases and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Input data from various source documents into our databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Data Verification: Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making necessary corrections.

Data Maintenance: Update and maintain information in databases to ensure records are current and accurate.

Document Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval.

Reporting: Generate reports and retrieve data as requested to support organizational needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
