A well-established international Contractor with a rich history of successful project delivery, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineers and Architects to join our team as a Senior Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, and innovation, and we are looking for a skilled individuals who share our dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the estimating and quantity surveying processes for a variety of construction projects.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
Analyze and evaluate project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial impacts.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs to ensure accurate estimations.
Mentor and guide junior estimators and contribute to their professional development.
Participate in bid reviews, negotiations, and client presentations as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Construction Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong proficiency in estimating software and industry-specific tools.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Candidate must be willing to work during USA Office Hours and as-needed for deadline oriented work.
