Responsibilities:

1. Input, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets and databases

2. Perform data verification and ensure data integrity and quality

3. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data analysis

4. Collaborate with team members to support data-related projects and tasks

5. Follow company policies and procedures for data management and confidentiality

Requirements:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, functions, and data manipulation)

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

5. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the field of data entry and analysis

6. Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):

1. Previous experience in data entry or related roles

2. Familiarity with data management software and tools

3. Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques

4. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
