We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our call center. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by selling our digital marketing services to clients in the USA and UK markets. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA and UK, using provided leads and databases, to generate new business opportunities. This includes cold calling, lead qualification, and setting appointments for further discussions.
Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients to understand their specific digital marketing needs and challenges. Provide comprehensive consultations on our range of services, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and more.
Solution Presentation: Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of our digital marketing services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition to potential clients. Clearly articulate how our services can meet their unique business objectives and drive measurable results.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business goals and challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights, recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential clients, aiming for successful deal closures. Effectively overcome objections, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
CRM Management: Accurately and timely update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Maintain organized records of all sales-related documentation, including proposals, contracts, and follow-up communication.
Sales Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipelines, and forecasted revenue to the sales management team. Share insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in a call center environment, selling digital marketing services to clients in the USA and/or UK markets. Minimum 6 months -1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including website development, SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and related strategies. Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and competitor landscape is highly desirable. Training is also provided.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present ideas, negotiate, and build rapport with clients. Active listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. Skilled in consultative selling, objection handling, and relationship building. Demonstrated experience in the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales goals. Self-disciplined with a proactive approach to work, including effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and technical teams. Willingness to share knowledge and insights to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate accurate reports.
Availability: Flexible to work in shifts, as required, to align with clients' time zones in the USA and UK.
