Job Posting: Firmware Developer IoT and Automation

We seek a skilled Firmware Developer specializing in IoT and Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Espressif ESP32, Nordic nRF52, and AWS IoT. You will be responsible for developing firmware for various automation products and ensuring seamless

integration with Wi-Fi, BLE, RF 433, and other technologies.

Responsibilities:

Firmware Development: Design, develop, and maintain firmware for IoT devices using Espressif ESP32 and Nordic nRF52 platforms.
SDK Integration: Integrate and customize SDKs for specific project requirements.
Connectivity Implementation: Implement and optimize Wi-Fi, BLE, and RF 433 connectivity for IoT devices.
AWS IoT Integration: Connect devices to the AWS IoT infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient data communication.
OTA Updates: Develop and maintain Over-The-Air (OTA) firmware update mechanisms.
Power Management: Implement power-efficient techniques to extend battery life in devices.
Security Protocols: Implement security protocols to protect data and device communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with hardware teams to ensure seamless firmware integration with electronic components.
Performance Optimization: Optimize device performance for reliability and efficiency.
Debugging and Testing: Utilize debugging tools to identify and resolve firmware issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for firmware development processes.

Experience and Skills:

Programming Languages: Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
Embedded Systems: Experience with Espressif ESP32 and Nordic nRF52 platforms.
Communication Protocols: Knowledge of TCP/IP, BLE, Wi-Fi, and RF 433.
Cloud Services: Experience with AWS IoT and Lambda functions.
Tools: Proficiency with Git for version control.
Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of electronics and hardware components.
Power Efficiency: Experience in developing power-efficient firmware.
Security: Knowledge of implementing security protocols in firmware.
Remote Work: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Matter and smart home ecosystems like Google Home and Control 4.
Familiarity with backend systems and mobile app integration.
