We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented “Construction/Interiors Project Manager” to lead, plan, and execute construction & Interiors Design projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project scope, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from initial design to final completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including cost estimates, resource allocation, and scheduling.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Handle contract negotiations, manage relationships, and resolve disputes as necessary.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree/DAE/B-Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale construction projects successfully.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management in construction.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
