- Develop and implement detailed after-sales policies, collaborating with the Production, Store, and SCM departments to optimize parts purchasing, inventory management, and timely availability

- Lead cross-functional meetings with Production, Store, and SCM teams to ensure seamless coordination for efficient after-sales processes

- Conduct regular training sessions for clients and internal staff, enhancing product knowledge and ensuring proper use
- Foster continuous collaboration with the engineering team, providing valuable insights for ongoing product improvements
- Maintain effective communication channels with the sales team, offering technical expertise for customer inquiries and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
