Greet and welcome guests courteously and support their needs, where required.
Serve as the face of the company while offering a professional & welcoming experience for both telephonic as well as in personal communications.
End-to-end management of telephone exchange with information to the line manager for required maintenance.
Keep the front desk neat & clean and in a presentable manner with all the necessary stationaries.
Supervise all incoming & outgoing mail, and couriers by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, and maintaining records.
Monitor and report areas of improvement about electricity, plumbing, lights, and heat & cool etc.
Update telephone directory and extension numbers on a regular basis.
Ensure availability of janitorial staff and office boys.
Keep a strict check on unauthorized personnel movements on the floor.
Support team in case of unavailability of relevant staff & sharing workload.
Take up any other duties and tasks as assigned by the management.
