1. Accurately record all revenue and costs within the TMFF system.
2. Execute month-end procedures for recording financial transactions within the TMFF system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
3. Guarantee the comprehensive recording of all revenue, costs, and other operating expenses on the SUN system via TMFF and iPOS platforms.
4. Fortnightly payments to vendors with recordings and reconciliations
5. Month-end closing processes on TMFF, SUN, and Onestream systems, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and accuracy in financial reporting.
6. Month-end accruals of accounts and revenue and their next month reversals
7. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations before 20th of each month.
8. Sharing data with Tax Manager (Menzies) to file Sales Tax Returns.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for all queries arising from the AMI Global team, ensuring prompt responses and compliance with their requirements.
10. Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required.
