We are seeking an experienced and skilled Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Hypermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and support
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Conduct regular stock checks and investigate discrepancies
Store Operations:
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Ensure all store areas are well-maintained, including shelves, displays, and facilities
Team Management:
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales assistants and other support staff
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve team performance
Visual Merchandising:
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to promote sales and enhance customer experience
- Ensure all displays, signage, and promotional materials are up-to-date and effective
Loss Prevention:
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock loss and theft
- Conduct investigations and report incidents to management
Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, payroll, and employee records

Requirements:

2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket environment
Proven track record of improving sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Basic computer skills and knowledge of retail management software
