The Polymer Engineer (D & D) is responsible for doing the following activities:

1.Assist Design & Development and R&D Department:

He will be supporting D&D in product design and material selection as per the requirement of the product.
Coordinated with D & D on matters related to product development regarding molding and advice and suggestions given by the head of product development (Director).
He will also assist R&D for designing of molds based on the material selection.
Coordinate with D & D regarding molds that are under development with foreign vendors.
To develop & verify/validate the molding parameters of newly developed products/molds.

2. Complaint Handling with Coordination of Q.A Department.

Performing root cause investigations to establish corrective action plans and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the concerned supervisor for the implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
Assist in the completion of the different elements of the complaint investigation and timely closer of CARs relevant to the molding section.
Ensure complaint records and applicable complaint handling documents are thorough and accurate and compliant with QMS.

3.Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
