Key Accountabilities:
Property Operations: Oversee all aspects of property operations, including property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to address any issues promptly.
Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants. Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that tenant lease agreements are executed and renewed accurately. Collect rent payments and enforce lease terms and policies.
Construction Affairs: Leading and optimizing construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards, and strategically managing all aspects of the construction.
Financial Management: Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring optimal financial performance. Monitor and analyze financial reports, including income and expenses, to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Prepare regular financial reports for property owners or Management Company.
Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Advertise vacant units, conduct property tours, and screen potential tenants. Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Legal and Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and housing codes to ensure property compliance. Handle legal issues, such as evictions or lease terminations, in accordance with local laws. Maintain accurate and organized property records and documentation.
Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to property staff, including leasing agents, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a HEC recognized university.
Professional Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in real estate/ property management.
