Role and Responsibilities:

Operate the IT department smoothly.
Implementing rules, regulation and policies for the IT Department.
Overall performance and capacity monitoring of IT Team.
Assist in Research (planning and implementing new services & IT infrastructure).
Assist in developing strategic plans and objectives for the IT department.
Provide support in systems audit, present findings and make recommendations.
Planning and installation of systems, network, hardware and software for setup.
Sizing and tuning of systems & network for optimal throughput and reliability for setup.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data center management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Ability to manage personnel
BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
