You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and delivering goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves liaising with various internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Coordination: Manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, shipping arrangements, and compliance with customs regulations.
Documentation Preparation: Prepare and review all necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, export licenses, and bills of lading.
Customs Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, coordinating with customs authorities to facilitate clearance of goods.
Logistics Management: Work with logistics providers to arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.
Communication: Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, finance) and external stakeholders (freight forwarders, customs brokers) to ensure smooth export operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipments in transit and provide timely updates to customers on their order status, addressing any concerns promptly.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to export processes, such as documentation discrepancies or shipment delays.
Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of export operations and reduce costs.
Market Research: Stay updated on export market trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members regarding export procedures and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with export management software and logistics platforms, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
