We are seeking a Travel Sales Agent to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of various travel destinations, transportation options, and accommodations. Responsibilities include understanding clients' preferences and budgets, providing recommendations, booking flights and having resources to the ticketing systems like Sabre and Galileo to search for available flights, compare prices, and make reservations. Candidates must understand and interpret airline fare rules, visa requirements, and travel regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Issue and process tickets, ensuring accuracy. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills are essential. Candidates knowing Hajj and Umrah will add value. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and assess clients' travel preferences and budgets.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, activities, and options.
- Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and travel regulations.
- Ensure all travel documentation and visas are in order.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Create detailed itineraries and travel packages.
- Assist in resolving travel-related problems or disruptions.
- Promote travel insurance and additional services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable travel experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a travel agent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and safety protocols.
- Passion for travel and a customer-focused mindset.
