Marvalero is seeking a proactive and skilled Sales Lead and Account Manager to join our team. This role involves onboarding businesses and converting leads into customers for our innovative software platform. The ideal candidate will be based in Islamabad, Karachi, or Lahore and will be responsible for driving sales, providing SaaS demos, troubleshooting customer issues, and ensuring smooth software setup for business clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new business customers to our software platform.
  • Convert leads into paying customers through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
  • Provide detailed SaaS product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Assist customers in setting up and integrating the software with their business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues faced by business customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, managing client relationships and addressing their needs.
  • Achieve and strive to exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the software platform and industry trends.
  • Travel to customer locations in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi as required to provide hands-on support and training.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology and ability to assist customers with software setup.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to deliver effective product demos.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations in Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore.

Tools and Software Needed:

  • CRM Software: Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Marketing Tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools for running and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Tools: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for virtual meetings and presentations.
  • Project Management Software: Asana, Trello, or equivalent for managing tasks and projects.
  • Email Marketing Software: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or equivalent for email campaigns and customer follow-ups.
  • Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or equivalent for creating and delivering product demos and sales presentations.
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent for analyzing sales data and campaign performance.
  • Technical Support Tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or equivalent for remote troubleshooting and support.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of the Pakistani market and business landscape.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software Implementation and troubleshooting.
