Insurance for Import
Custom duties calculation according to shipment/invoice.
Process the Custom Duty Pay Order and deposit it in Custom PD Account.
Process shipment before releasing from customs (subject to the approval of customs)
Working at the Airport with customs to release shipments properly.
Coordination with Royal Cargo/Gerry's Dnata etc., for shipment handling matters
File GD in custom weboc via operator at Airport
Manage transport to deliver import shipments from Airport to Warehouse.
Costing of imported items after release shipment and file GD.
Import Items posting in System

Export

Invoices for export of empty containers to Biomune Co. USA by sea
Packing for export of empty containers to Biomune Co. USA by sea
Disinfectant letter for export of empty containers to Biomune Co. USA by sea.
Process other required documentation like commercial invoices, packing list from the supplier side, import GD, Airway bill etc.
Coordination with Logistic Co. to pick up the empty containers from the warehouse
Follow up with the export clearing agent regarding the updated status and BL.
Coordination with to deliver empty containers from USA port to Biomune Co. warehouse/office.
Process of payment to the export clearing agent
Any other assignment related to export is needed from time to time.

Any other reports are required from time to time.
