We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead for our BPO call center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving team performance. You will mentor agents, manage workflows, and implement best practices to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of call center agents to meet performance targets.
Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share updates, and foster a collaborative environment.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with management to develop training programs and enhance team skills.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a BPO call center environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with call center technologies and performance metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
