Your primary role will be to finalize sales deals, secure customer agreements, and ensure the completion of transactions in a professional and customer-focused manner. The ideal candidate will be persuasive, detail-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed performance targets.

While prior experience in sales or closing is preferred, we encourage candidates with excellent communication skills in English to apply, even if they don’t have direct experience. Mars BPO provides comprehensive training and development programs for individuals eager to grow within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to finalize sales deals.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Overcome objections and provide clear explanations to secure agreements.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and closing targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals closed, and sales progress in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and excellent customer service.
Continuously improve closing techniques and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in sales, closing, or customer service.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
