Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for BPO teams.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity.
  • Manage employee performance, feedback, and development programs.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
  • Supervise a team of HR coordinators and provide leadership and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in BPO.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of BPO-specific HR challenges and practices.
