- Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries.
- Upsell Med Alert products and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education; Intermediate preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset; previous call center experience is a plus.
