We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Trainer to support our training team in delivering effective training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of training sessions, helping employees enhance their skills and knowledge. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching and supporting team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions
- Provide support to trainers during training activities
- Monitor and evaluate trainee progress, providing feedback as needed
- Help develop training materials and resources
- Maintain training records and reports
- Facilitate group discussions and Q&A sessions during training programs
- Address trainee inquiries and ensure a positive learning experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well with teams and individuals
- Previous experience in training or related roles is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
