Join our team as an Online Fieldwork Associate, Market Research! In this exciting entry-level role, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing qualified participants for online interviews, focus groups, and surveys. You'll be responsible for:

Identifying and recruiting diverse respondents who meet specific project criteria
Building rapport and effectively communicating with potential participants
Utilizing various recruitment methods, including online platforms and targeted outreach
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth recruitment process

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal
Strong research and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using online research tools and databases (a plus)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Schedule

Full-time, on-site position (Islamabad)
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT

Islamabad-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, On-site

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month depending upon experience
